We ship across Canada using major carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post. We're expanding to the US market.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from our suppliers and may take 3–7 business days to process.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply — check the store for current offers.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International: We currently ship within Canada. US and international shipping is coming soon.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to sort it out.

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Warranty: We honour the manufacturer's warranty on all products. If a product is defective, contact us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized items (e.g., print-on-demand clothing) are final sale unless defective.
